Nelson Mandela, In His Inaugral Speech, Quoting Marianne Williamson
"Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate,
but that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest
the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some; it is in everyone.
And, as we let our own light shine,
we consciously give other people
permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear,
our presence automatically liberates others. "

Conversation
"Speak not but what may benefit others or yourself; avoid trifling conversation."
-Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)
Conversation. Communication between people. Conversation is often called an art, because it can take talent, and skill. We know when we've had a good conversation - we feel like there was an exchange of energy and ideas. We feel heard, and understood. We feel like we've learned something, or that we've spent our time well. It's more than just "small talk," it's something substantial - a meal rather than a snack!

Ellen DeGeneres
In the beginning there was nothing. God said, "Let there be light!" And there was light. There was still nothing, but you could see it a whole lot better.

“So many people spend their health gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health.”
